I had a great experience at the Kia dealership. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. Lewis was the one who assisted me, and he did an excellent job. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel pressured. He helped me find the right car for my needs and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism throughout the experience. I highly recommend this dealership, and if you go, ask for Lewis. He will take great care of you!
Helen is a lying, manipulative, conniving reject. She literally pretends to be someone of prominence and will tell you that you are meeting directly with her and the GSM so she can ensure the best experience and provide the most transparency. She will confirm this appointment with you and remind you to ask for her when you show up. When you arrive you find out this broad is a NOBODY. She handles internet marketing. She wasn’t even in the building. She lied the entire time about providing me a quick quote. I initially called in and was played with by Cliff saying he would give me numbers on the phone after I filled out their prequal. He told me he would call me back at 5pm and never did so I called in and he said his manager was working on the quote and I would get it before the day was over. He lied. I called the next day to ask where my numbers were and that’s where Helen told me Cliff was a liar and she then manipulated me to come in knowing I had family and business matters to deal with and that traveling 40 minutes to get a quote was absurd. I told her I had 20 minutes to spend with them. She said no problem you will sit with me and my boss to make sure we take care of you. This b word never mentioned they would force me to drive the car and go through their whole pitch dog and pony show. It took me 2 hours to get the numbers they promised me I would get in 20 minutes. The numbers they gave me were $850 per month 3k down for a SORRENTO LX. When I laughed in their face they brought back a quote for $450 which I still laughed at. But think about that, they have no problem charging you $850x36months plus 3k ~ approx 31k in lease payments for a 32k car. They clearly were messing with me for being vocal about how I didn’t want to be played with from the beginning. Helen deserves a giant loogie to the face. Her co workers deserve to be the ones the spit because they are the ones trying to do their jobs while dealing with a person that has no patience for being deceived by their higher ups and some underachieving marketing sknk. I xx this place, especially Helen.

They answered all my questions, worked with my budget, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for excellent service and a smooth experience.
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had a very concerning experience. During the sale process, I was told that a warranty was required in order to obtain financing and that the interest rate could not be negotiated. After reviewing the contract documents later, I discovered that those products were optional. Before purchasing the vehicle, I also requested a test drive on the freeway, but the request was declined. After taking possession of the vehicle and driving home on the freeway, I discovered that the car vibrates significantly at speeds above about 50 mph. I notified the dealership within 24 hours and requested assistance, but was told that the issue would not be covered by the warranty they required me to purchase. I returned to the dealership and requested that the transaction be rescinded, but they declined. I am currently working with regulators regarding this matter.
