Helen is a lying, manipulative, conniving reject. She literally pretends to be someone of prominence and will tell you that you are meeting directly with her and the GSM so she can ensure the best experience and provide the most transparency. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had a very concerning experience. During the sale process, I was told that a warranty was required in order to obtain financing and that the interest rate could not be negotiated. After reviewing the contract documents later, I discovered that those products were optional.
Before purchasing the vehicle, I also requested a test drive on the freeway, but the request was declined. After taking possession of the vehicle and driving home on the freeway, I discovered that the car vibrates significantly at speeds above about 50 mph.

Had my car in for a scheduled service last week and after 11 hours of no diagnosis was partially sent home because their service could not take me the extra three miles home. I was told it could be several things but they didn’t have the time to properly triage the cause. It could be the transmission or other things . Well now I am waiting for a tow in a turning lane on a busy road . Thanks to Marco and Louis the mechanic for their lack of caring.

I’m in Delray but no longer use “questionable” Delray Kia … and go all the way up to Greenway Kia (even on a tow truck this last time!) … because they’re honest, friendly, service experts, caring and patient in explaining. The newly-renovated dealership is beautiful and comfortable inside, including waiting for service, but I would keep going to Greenway even if they were still working out of the trailers that were set up during the renovation.
