I recently(February) brought in my 2020 Kia Telluride for service, a vehicle I inherited from my significant other after his passing two years ago. Purchased a car last month from the dealership. Part of the deal was a check to be received within 5 business days and was the only reason the deal went through. The customer service rep calls me once a week now and refuses to give an update on when I will receive my check as we’re now going on well over two weeks since purchase of the vehicle. I’m in Delray but no longer use “questionable” Delray Kia … and go all the way up to Greenway Kia (even on a tow truck this last time!) … because they’re honest, friendly, service experts, caring and patient in explaining. The newly-renovated dealership is beautiful and comfortable inside, including waiting for service, but I would keep going to Greenway even if they were still working out of the trailers that were set up during the renovation. I had a 9AM appointment. I was promised an hour long service. But it took longer than what they said. I left at 12PM, an 3 hour long service. I was not happy with the fact that they lied to me.

I had a 1 PM appointment for service. I arrived 2 minutes early and was 2nd in line. There were tons of employees hanging around and moving around but after waiting 20 minutes there were at least 5 vehicles also waiting behind me to see a service person and there was nobody available to write up a service ticket. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a new car dealership. I've had the “pleasure” of dealing with Greenway Kia twice now, and let me tell you, it's been quite the experience. The first time, a few months ago, I took my wife's 2022 Sorento in for some warranty work. They did the job, but the interaction was so cold that I half-expected the service advisor to be a robot. The finance person attempted to place us with a lender offering 2% higher than Kia financial despite us having Fico score in the mid 800s, and having been told by a “closer” that we would receive the lower percentage with Kia. Carson knows what he's doing but I never got a receipt on the work they did when I got there paid $150 for something I already knew was wrong with it and it didn't have a receipt for me ready therefore till this day I still have not got a receipt from them very very poor customer service I would never recommend anybody to go there again

Every time I go to Greenway Kia WPB, Gerson takes care of making sure my car up to date with maintenance and the process is smooth and fast. Luckily they have a shuttle that takes you within a 10 mile radius so I was able to go back to work, while my car is being serviced. Once it was done, shuttle car picked me back up, and I was on my way with my car fully serviced.
